USPS is our shipping carrier 

we aren’t responsible for any lost damage stolen or delayed shipping you will have the option to contact your shipping carrier to process your shipment 

all packages included up to $100 insurance on all packages 

you must sign for all packages to ensure your package is delivered to the right person

Once your item leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for your item.
